About this role:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to lead our team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Assistants across Western Australia.

This is a full-time, permanent position based anywhere in WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing sales strategies for their region and ensuring those strategies are understood and well executed by their team.

  • Lead a high-performing team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Assistants
  • Establish sales strategies for the region and ensure they are executed effectively
  • Develop and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and industry bodies

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven leadership experience in sales or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies

Knowledge of agribusiness banking or commercial lending

Key performance indicators:

Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business
