Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispensary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

About the Role:
  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medication, ensuring accurate prescriptions and providing patients with clear instructions.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering and maintaining an efficient inventory system.
  • Provide information and advice on over-the-counter medicines, helping customers make informed decisions about their health.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong product knowledge and computer skills, enabling you to effectively manage stock and provide expert advice.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Reliable work ethic and adaptability, demonstrating your ability to work well under pressure and respond to changing circumstances.
