About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in determining IT business requirements and translating them into technical project plans. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects meet business objectives and budgets, while providing leadership to other analysts in the planning and execution of plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analyses to determine IT business requirements
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure project plans meet business objectives and budgets
- Organise data to reconcile conflicts and elicit requirements
- Develop technical project plans and specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project plans are aligned with business needs
- Provide leadership to other analysts in the planning and execution of plans
- 5+ years' experience in solutioning and full systems development
- Ability to influence and lead multiple levels of an organisation
- Strong technical knowledge of transition to operation, operational release, resilience and day to day process efficiencies
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
