About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support in our dedicated Public Health team.

As an Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to residents, businesses, and Council staff;
  • Managing correspondence, data entry, records, and the dedicated Public Health inbox;
  • Supporting public health reporting, registrations, enquiries, and documentation;
  • Assisting with internal and external communications, including preparing agendas, reports, and minutes;
  • Offering administrative support to the broader Community Compliance team as required.

You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, using your initiative to resolve day-to-day issues, and possess:

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively;
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel);
  • Accuracy in data entry and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
