Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic OSHC Educator to join our team at PCYC Caboolture East. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality practices that ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
Key Responsibilities- To interact with and effectively supervise the children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service.
- To acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the whole child while inspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.
- No formal qualifications are required for this position, however, qualified educators require a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children.
- Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
- The ability to respond to the needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
