Senior Clinical Research Associate Role

Synergize with a global team of professionals to deliver high-quality clinical research services.

As a seasoned Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of clinical trials. Your expertise and skills will be utilized to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to guarantee adherence to established best practices.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures, including creating monitoring plans, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver processes, programs, and policies.
  • Lead junior staff and oversee their monitoring activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections to identify and address compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of monitoring activities.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to clinical trial conduct, including protocol deviations and data discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research monitoring, with a progression within the level from a Sr CRA I.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
