Job Opportunity:

    We seek an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain on-premise, cloud, and SaaS infrastructure environments in a high-performance culture.

    This role requires strong technical capabilities in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL, and MS Azure.

    You will work closely with senior managers and the Technical Service Team, communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining IT systems and procedures according to ISO 27001 standards
  • Providing in-house end-user support and workstation configuration
  • Collaborating with Managed Service Providers to support on-premise and cloud infrastructure
  • Presenting technology roadmaps to management
  • Supporting IT infrastructure and data center operations
  • Auditing backups, reviewing logs, and supporting recovery plans to decrease system failure risk

   Requirements:

  • Skilled IT professional with excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • Experience as a team lead in IT database, infrastructure, security, or network technology
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelors in Information Technology, Infrastructure Network & Systems Administration with Cyber Security focus)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Broad technical background: Vmware, Windows Server, MS Azure, MS SQL Server, Windows desktop OS, MS SCCM, MS Office 365, IIS/SSL
  • Intermediate networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, WLAN
  • Experience in routing, switching, and firewalls (WatchGuard and Cisco)
  • Ability to provide Level 1 & 2 IT support
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 (highly desirable)
  • Ability to write professional documentation
