Warehouse Supervisor Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Peak Downs Project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of warehouse operations, supporting maintenance and site activities through effective inventory control and materials handling.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing, influencing and empowering the team to ensure the warehouse is appropriately stocked and resources are used efficiently. They will lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations and establishing high standards of customer service to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and people management skills within a warehouse environment, with a strong focus on organisational, communication and time management skills. They will also have prior experience working with inventory systems, such as JD Edwards, and possess a High Risk Forklift Licence.
