Pool Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our pool team as a Pool Safety Specialist. Located in the heart of Sydney, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons while they enjoy our luxurious facilities.

This role requires a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and enforcing pool policies to maintain a safe working environment. Our ideal candidate possesses effective critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to work with diverse guests and communicate complex information clearly.

The key selection criteria for this role include flexible availability, NSW Pool Lifeguard Qualification, and previous experience as a lifeguard. A fitness or hospitality qualification is desirable, but not essential. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer service experience, and our successful candidate will share this passion.
