Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of solution engineers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.

  • Set clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback to ensure the team is aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Invest in the professional development of team members, providing training and mentorship to enhance their skills and expertise.

Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective cloud solutions addressing real business needs and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Guide the team to develop innovative solutions that leverage the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure quality and consistency by sharing knowledge and expertise across teams and functions.

Performance Metrics: Own your team's contribution to Azure revenue targets, leading technical strategy in deal reviews.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set realistic targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud and AI solution engineering.

Skills: Strong leadership and technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
