About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our retail team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our store.


Main Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, recommending products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure accurate processing of transactions, handling cash and card payments with ease.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
