Nurse Care Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a Nurse Care Specialist to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex clinical needs and overseeing the delivery of exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families and staff. A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification is required, along with a minimum 6 months post graduate experience and current AHPRA registration.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Providing high-quality nursing care to residents, including managing complex clinical needs such as wound care and pain management.
  • Oversighting and supporting care staff on the floor, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and clinical excellence that upholds our commitment to resident wellbeing.
