Lendi Group offers a dynamic role as an Associate, providing the perfect stepping stone to mortgage broking and a career in finance.

As an Associate, you will develop your sales skills and gain an intimate knowledge of home lending and the Australian mortgage market. You will work closely with our brokers to set appointments and drive qualified opportunities into their diaries across the country.

Key responsibilities include prospecting customers over the phone, converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments, and identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans or obtain finance for new purchases.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and be interested in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.

A full-time office attendance is required during your first three months to immerse you in the business. Following this, high performers will have access to hybrid working options.
