We are seeking an experienced Signalling Electrician to join our team at Ventia, a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand. As a Signalling Electrician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and integrity of the Brisbane Airport Rail Link.
Key Responsibilities- Perform inspections, assessments, and maintenance of the track and associated equipment to ensure the safety and integrity of the rail link.
- Maintenance of engineering systems, plant, equipment, and depot facilities.
- Routine inspections, maintenance, and repair activities on signalling, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Attending to failures, including identifying and reporting on the cause of failure.
- Respond to after-hours signalling, electrical, and mechanical call-outs to system failures and incidents affecting train services.
- Assist with developing improvement maintenance plans, technical instructions, and procedures to improve productivity.
- Provide on-the-job assistance and knowledge to other team members.
- Unrestricted Electrical Workers licence/Electrical mechanics Licence QLD.
- Current CPR LVR.
- Cert IV in Railway signalling.
- Construction white card.
- Current drivers' licence.
- Rail Safety Worker Category 2.
