Early Childhood Educator Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by actively supervising and engaging with them.
  • Maintain high standards of childcare, ensuring that children receive exceptional care and education.
  • Foster positive relationships with each child, promoting trust and understanding.
  • Create a nurturing environment that supports the needs of all children.
  • Deliver childcare services that meet national regulations and support the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Document children's progress using digital platforms, supporting colleagues and mentoring junior staff members.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualifications.
  • At least two years' experience in a relevant role, preferably within an early childhood setting.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, offering creative solutions and support.
