This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to enhance patient care and safety in Ambulance Tasmania.
- The successful candidate will manage clinical governance programs, ensuring compliance with current standards and best practices.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing clinical practice guidelines, policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Providing expert advice and support to staff on safe and effective clinical care delivery.
Key requirements include:
- Extensive experience in ambulance service administration, including understanding of educational principles, research, patient safety, and clinical services redesign.
- Highly developed strategic management skills, including conceptual, analytical, and creative abilities.
- Proven organizational skills and experience in reviewing and developing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
