Regulatory Affairs Professional

The role of Regulatory Affairs Associate plays a vital part in ensuring compliance and maintaining our Licence to Operate. As a key member of the team, you will enable ongoing registration of life-changing healthcare solutions for patients in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit and manage regulatory applications to maintain product registrations throughout their lifecycle.

  • Develop and implement optimised regulatory strategies to ensure products remain compliant with external and internal requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the entire product portfolio remains fully compliant.

  • Provide regulatory input into business activities as required.

  • Support audits and records management.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a life sciences field.

  • 2 or more years' previous experience in a regulatory affairs or compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand Pharmaceutical regulatory environments.

  • Strong aptitude and interest in learning complex systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Knowledge of AI and continuous learning mindset.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
