We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Maritime Structural Engineers to join our team at KBR. As a leading engineering company, we deliver innovative solutions to governments and companies around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and evaluation of ports, harbours, coastal works, and marine structures
  • Experience working with the Defence sector and a deep understanding of project management
  • Assessment, analysis, design, and remediation of maritime structures (wharves, jetties, port developments, marinas, seawalls, pontoons, etc.)
  • Structural experience across other sectors (e.g., bridges, water, transport, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to produce comprehensive technical reports
  • Guidance and mentoring of less experienced staff to enhance their skills and capability
  • Familiarity with maritime design codes and guidelines in Australia and Asia
  • Capability and experience in using structural/maritime analysis software (e.g., SPACE GASS, Strand 7, OPTIMOOR, STAAD.Pro, SESAM)
  • Degree qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Engineers Australia Chartered accreditation or similar Australian Professional Engineering Accreditation
