We are seeking a skilled violin teacher to join our team in Sydney. With 20 students ready to take lessons, you will have ample opportunities to build your working hours and share your passion for music.

Our facilities offer private teaching spaces and a performance space, perfect for recitals and masterclasses. Flexible teaching hours allow you to plan your schedule around your needs.

You will work with stable students who appreciate their teachers and value the opportunity to learn from experienced instructors like yourself.

One of the highlights of this position is the free student concerts every two weeks, which provide a great platform for our students to showcase their talents.

A annual gala concert performance opportunity is also available, allowing you to perform alongside your students and other talented musicians.

The ideal candidate will be classically trained (with at least a Bachelor degree in Music) but also enjoy playing music in various genres, such as popular, musical, movie theme, and jazz.

You should be willing to adapt different teaching methods and materials to cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Most importantly, you must be extremely friendly and patient, able to provide clear explanations and instructions that make learning enjoyable for our students.

As we require teachers to teach in English, a minimum of two years of teaching experience in this language is necessary.

Working hours can be tailored to suit your availability, with a minimum commitment of two stable afternoon blocks per week (approximately 10 hours). You can choose to teach between 8am-9pm, Monday-Sunday, excluding school holidays.
