Senior Corporate Affairs Specialist

Our goal is to find a skilled professional who can support our organisation in corporate affairs, market and industry information search, and analysis.
This role contributes to achieving business objectives and effective management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents, policies, procedures, guidelines, emails, and submissions related to corporate affairs
- Develop promotional materials or articles and publications
- Conduct market research and industry analysis
- Support daily management, coordination of meetings, agendas, minutes, and responses
- Coordinate major events and functions for the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in arts, social science, or business administration
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to read and speak Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
- Good communication, interpersonal, time management, analytical, and organisational skills
- Ability to summarise key points from large amounts of information for presentation to management
- Multi-tasking and ability to work independently with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
- Valid police check certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Covid-19 vaccination certification
