Service Coordinator

Job Description:

The Service Coordinator is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spare parts supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, including sales, warehouse, and operations, to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers across Australia.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, as the Service Coordinator will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this position, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant TAFE diploma or equivalent experience in administration, preferably in a technical environment. A background in customer relationship management and ERP systems would be beneficial, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate spare parts supply chain
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Process and distribute spare parts quotations and invoices
  • Assist with preparation and follow-up of quotations for services contracts
  • Coordinate work performed by sub-contractors
Requirements:
  • Relevant TAFE diploma or equivalent experience in administration
  • At least 2-4 years' experience in administration, preferably in a technical environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
