Teaching Opportunity
The role of a classroom teacher is multifaceted and critical to the education system. The primary focus of this position is on the planning, preparation and delivery of educational programs to achieve specific student outcomes.
As an educator at our school, you will engage in ongoing professional development to improve your knowledge and skills to effectively engage students and enhance their learning.
A key aspect of this role is assisting the school to improve student performance and educational outcomes aligned with the school strategic plan and state-wide priorities.
Responsibilities include teaching English to students across various age groups, developing and implementing lesson plans to achieve specific learning objectives, contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of the English curriculum program, participating in parent/teacher meetings and staff discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Instruction: Teach English to students aged 12 and above.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement lesson plans to achieve specific student outcomes.
- Program Evaluation: Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the English curriculum program.
- Collaboration: Participate in parent/teacher meetings and staff discussions.
- Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development to improve your knowledge and skills.
