Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Funds Lawyer to join our team. As a self-driven professional with 4+ years of post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for working on various projects related to fund formation, establishment, and management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fund formation, establishment, and management
  • Drafting and negotiating fund investments
  • Acting across a broad range of industries
  • Advising on strategic alliances and relationships

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your strong technical knowledge and ability to interface at all levels will be essential in building strong relationships internally and externally.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments and develop your skills as a consultant.

Requirements
