Portfolio Governance Officer
About the Role:The successful candidate will contribute to effective management and governance of diverse portfolios of projects and initiatives. This includes implementing governance frameworks that align with organizational objectives and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
This role involves monitoring project compliance, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:- Support implementation of Support Services Governance Framework by maintaining action logs and continuous improvement from action plans to support end-to-end service delivery models.
- Deliver regular reporting on key data sets to stakeholders for effective decision making and planning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across units by reviewing and maintaining work processes and procedures, and recommending opportunities for efficiency.
- Prepare agendas and papers, minutes and action logs, and track and monitor decisions and actions through to their conclusion.
- Experience in working in project governance frameworks and preparing governance meeting papers and reports.
- Facilitation and training skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders; customer-focused.
