Lead Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Control Systems Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and results-driven individual who can make a significant impact on our company's success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure or heavy industrial sectors, with a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from conception to completion. They will be responsible for defining project requirements and scope, designing and implementing robust control system solutions, and ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure that all project deliverables are met.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers and technicians, and contribute to the development of best practices and procedures within the company.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in technical design across diverse control system platforms.
