Key Responsibilities
  • Innovation Leadership: Lead the development of innovative software solutions that drive efficiency and automation across WiseTech's ecosystem.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-quality products that enhance performance and customer experience.
  • Roadmap Development: Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Execution: Collaborate with development teams, technical experts, and delivery managers to drive product innovation and execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the product fulfills both customer and company needs.
  • Documentation Creation: Create relevant product documentation for internal and client use.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer requests for product enhancements and support.
  • Testing: Create test plans and perform test execution.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends and patterns to make informed product design decisions that address key challenges.

We're Looking For: A highly skilled and experienced product manager who is fluent in both English and Thai. Proven experience in product management within a technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of software development processes. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and senior management. Ability to break down complex challenges into actionable strategies.
