Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers to take food and drink orders
- Operate point-of-sale systems, including handling cash and credit transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Assist with private functions, providing food and beverage service to guests
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment
- Hygiene for Food Handlers Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
