Role Overview

As a Corporate Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's corporate strategy and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel engagement initiatives and manage promotional projects.
  • Collaborate across departments to align marketing strategies and communicate brand strategy to the sales force.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance brand execution through field visits and engaging with the sales team.
  • Manage product communication and brand image while ensuring compliance with relevant marketing guidelines.
  • Oversee market research projects, develop product campaigns, and gather feedback on marketing materials and strategies through field visits.
About You

We're looking for a new Corporate Strategy professional who will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll bring with you:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Science. Consultancy experience is desired.
  • Strong communication and dialogue skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • The ability to work independently in an international, cross-functional team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
  • Strong cross-functional business understanding, including knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Affiliate experience or experience with pharmaceutical products is desired.
