As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You'll work collaboratively with our experienced care team to provide person-centred care that's focused on promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care to residents, utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans and policies.
  • Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to provide relevant and timely information.
  • Preferred availability during evenings, overnights, and weekends.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, flexible, and positive. You'll have excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.

You'll also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a valid police check and current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
