About this Role

As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with customers to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, and budget, helping them make informed decisions that bring their dream home to life.

This position involves conducting customer selection appointments, assisting customers in interpreting house plans, façades, and elevations, maintaining showroom presentation and styling, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge, materials, and design trends.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about interiors and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a minimum Diploma of Interior Design, a keen eye for colour, design, and detail, strong communication and listening skills, a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, and experience in customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer selection appointments and provide expert guidance on interior design choices
  • Assist customers in interpreting house plans, façades, and elevations, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions
  • Maintain showroom presentation and styling, creating an inviting and engaging environment for customers
  • Stay current with product knowledge, materials, and design trends, sharing your expertise with customers and colleagues alike
