Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Parts Team as a Parts Interpreter. This role involves quoting and supplying parts to our workshop, requiring strong computer skills, sound automotive knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for picking parts for the workshop, quoting parts for new and customer-owned vehicles, ordering, receipting, and invoicing parts.

About the Role:
  • Picking parts for the workshop efficiently
  • Quoting parts for new and customer-owned vehicles accurately
  • Ordering, receipting, and invoicing parts effectively

This is a permanent full-time position with flexible rostering, including a rotating Saturday shift shared with the team. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Ability to work in a close team environment with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
