Donut Production Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Donut Production Specialist to oversee the preparation and production processes that keep our sweet treats consistently top quality.

About the Role

As a key member of our production team, you'll manage each stage of the production process to ensure every product meets our high standards. This involves collaborating with our skilled kitchen team to prepare ingredients, operate industrial machinery, and conduct quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial machinery with precision and speed to produce high-quality donuts, cakes, muffins, and pastries.
  • Maintain strict adherence to recipes and production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Prepare ingredients for batch sizes, including dough and mixes, to meet production demands.
  • Prepare and organize ingredients and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Mix dough and cake mix with attention to detail to achieve desired textures and flavors.
  • Conduct product quality checks and documentation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Support quality checks and problem-solving to continuously improve production processes.
  • Clean, assemble, and disassemble machinery to maintain optimal performance.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment to prevent contamination and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Be reliable, flexible, and punctual in a fast-paced environment to support business growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential

  • Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and principles to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Experience operating industrial-size mixers to produce large quantities of baked goods.
  • Knowledge and understanding of food safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment and support problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to optimize production processes.

Desirable

  • Experience making cakes, muffins, pastries, and other baked goods on a large scale to expand product offerings.
  • Forklift license with high-reach experience to enhance logistics and transportation capabilities.
