Home Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Home Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.

The role involves working independently, using your initiative to provide top-notch service. You will be required to travel from home to home, following a digital schedule via a mobile app. Having access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is essential.

About the Role
  • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working autonomously and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide domestic support services to clients in their own homes, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  2. Travel from home to home, following a digital schedule via a mobile app.
  3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 3-6 months domestic or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license with unrestricted access to a registered, insured, and well-maintained vehicle is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) are essential.
