Job Title: Fitness Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Speedfit Instructor/Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for empowering clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.

  • Leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and promoting a positive and supportive team culture
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing staff, coaching, and developing their skills to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and protocols related to client safety, data protection, and quality control
  • Maintaining accurate records, reporting, and administrative tasks as required
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or above in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
