Dedicated Veterinary Nurse Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate veterinary nurse to join our friendly, high-performing team.
About the RoleThis position includes a mix of surgical, medical, hospital, and client care duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting veterinarians with routine exams and procedures
- Providing surgical and hospital nursing care, including anaesthetic monitoring
- Delivering pre- and post-operative patient care, as well as offering grief support to clients
- Administering medications and preparing treatments as required
- Managing the admission and discharge process for surgical and hospital patients
- Communicating treatment plans and updates to clients
- Performing blood collection, testing, and IV catheter placement
- Assisting with diagnostic imaging (x-rays and ultrasounds)
- Supporting dental care, including scale and polish and performing dental x-rays
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent is preferred. A minimum 2 years' experience in small animal practice would be beneficial. Strong clinical skills and confidence in all areas of general practice are essential.
