We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Leader to join our engineering team. This role involves designing and building foundational software capabilities, including APIs, orchestrations, event-driven architectures, infrastructure primitives, and reusable microservices.
This position directly supports our business transformation by enabling safe, scalable, and observable quality (testing) outcomes via well-engineered platform service offerings and orchestrated processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software features, APIs, and orchestration layers.
- Work with complex event-driven and microservice architectures.
- Built fully automated pipelines for all engineering stages.
- Integrated testing tools and frameworks into the platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with software development tools.
- Ensure security and continuous compliance are built into the platform.
- Led cross-functional teams working in large Agile environments.
