Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Warehouse function, ensuring supplies of materials and finished goods are available within required time frames, and operating the warehouse effectively to maximum efficiency.

  • Picking, staging, and distribution of goods.
  • Processing of inbound and outbound orders.
  • Maintaining stock integrity in warehouse.
  • Goods receipt into SAP and generate labels for imported traded goods.
  • Replenishment of stock.
  • Ensure that the loading of trucks is done in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure appropriate inspection of incoming materials/supplies against orders.
  • Book material into SAP and maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure continuous production.
  • Undertake other tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Manager.

The following qualifications are essential:

  • An understanding and adherence to WH&S policies and procedures and CoR (Chain of Responsibility) requirements.
  • Knowledge of using RF Scanners and SAP guided WMS (Warehouse Management System) skills.
  • Current High Risk Work License for Order Picking Forklift license (LO) and/or Forklift (LF) plus relevant experience.
