Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
* Implement and support a resident comfort focus
* Educate and mentor in clinical areas and processes
* Consultative in case management and clinical decision making
* Advising and supporting the care delivery by the care staff
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, working alone and in a team
* Flexibility to commit to a range of night shifts across 7 days
* Knowledge and experience of people living with Dementia and their needs
* Genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a difference in their lives
* Strong Admin and computer skills
* Experience in a residential setting is highly desirable
