Technical support specialists play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by delivering comprehensive technical assistance.

Job Profile

This position serves as an integral part of the Technical Support team, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for avionics system configurations and troubleshooting
  • Offer technical guidance on Gogo products and services, including flight deck and cabin communications systems
  • Support customers in all aspects of avionics training, including satellite connectivity networks and associated hardware
Main Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to satellite and air-to-ground networks
  • Document and resolve customer issues, identify trends, and proactively monitor network health
  • Collaborate with the development team in testing and quality assurance activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Proficiency with IP-based routers and switches such as Cisco
  • Familiarity with satellite and air-to-ground networks
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Proficient in general office software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A motivated self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
