About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to deliver high-quality patient-centred services.
- You will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs aimed at restoring physical function and preventing further injury.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients, families, and carers on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and health promotion.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
- A degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). New graduates welcome.
- Demonstrates experience in delivering physiotherapy services across various clinical settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice commitment.
- Collaborative mindset and active contribution to a positive team culture.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
