About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team as a Property Management Administrator for a 3-month contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to shift gears and assist in managing student accommodation in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of 200 student accommodation rooms
  • Work alongside a Senior Property Manager to complete repairs and maintenance management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
  • Attend inspections and final room inspections
  • Conduct property inspections and final tenancy inspections
  • Advertise available properties and conduct viewings as required
  • Process tenancy applications and liaise with successful applicants in a timely manner
  • Follow office procedures and practices with regards to electronic document management
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, word processing, photocopying, filing, and mail
  • Other duties as directed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Property Management
  • Experience using Property Tree is a must
  • A Current Certificate of Registration and Driver's License
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with all types of people and negotiate
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
