Job Title: Home Support Worker

About the Role:

As a Home Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing personal care and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This role is ideal for those who want to work independently, build strong relationships with clients, and promote their independence and dignity.

Every day as a Home Support Worker is different, and no two clients are ever the same. You will develop personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs and preferences, working closely with them and their families to ensure their goals are met.

We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality support services. If you have a genuine interest in supporting others and making a difference in people's lives, then this could be the perfect role for you.

  • You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • You will provide personal care and domestic assistance, including showering, dressing, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • You will assist clients with daily tasks and activities, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • You will maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $33.81 per hour + 12% superannuation.
  • Flexible hours, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
