Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Retail Sales Assistant in Nowra 2541. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting in various aspects of store operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Use your creative flair to assist with visual merchandising and promote our products
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store

You Will Need

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of fashion and trends
