Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team at The Guardsman. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will also have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
