Project Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned project leadership specialist to drive the successful execution of complex projects from inception to completion.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Build and lead high-performing project teams by recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to optimize their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement strategic project plans, manage all aspects of sample management, survey programming, data collection, and data management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Cultivate clear and concise communication among all groups involved in the project delivery process to prevent misunderstandings and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Design and execute strategies for successful project completion, including identifying and mitigating potential risks, developing contingency plans, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure timely post-delivery project closure by confirming project close with key stakeholders, preparing invoices, and documenting lessons learned.
- Pursue opportunities to expand and leverage client relationships through understanding of client objectives and consultation during sales processes.
- Mentor, support, and train new and junior staff to enhance their skills and career development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven market research experience with a clear understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in managing projects autonomously from start to finish, with a track record of delivering results-driven projects.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and harmoniously with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of business processes and customer orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrate cross-functional knowledge and ability to thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
