We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Dandenong North. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional clinical leadership and oversight of nursing care to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes and improve the lives of our residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Relevant experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
