Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Patients: Greet patients with a smile and provide them with information about their appointment.
  • Call and Booking Management: Manage incoming calls and patient bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enquiry Response: Respond to enquiries from patients and referrers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage patient invoicing and receipting with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Provide top-notch customer service to patients and colleagues alike.
  • Administrative Experience: Possess experience working in a medical administration role or a similar field.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Technical Skills: Be confident with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Availability: Be available to work a 5-day rotating roster that covers our operational hours.
