Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work, providing expert support and guidance to help them recover and return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your clinical reasoning skills to support clients with physical and/or psychological injuries
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement rehabilitation plans
  • Perform assessments and evaluations to determine clients' functional capacity and develop strategies for return to work
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for helping people recover and return to work
