Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to consumers in a 24/7 supported environment
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
- Support the NUM in the ongoing development of the unit
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience in a bed-based setting
- Knowledge of less restrictive and recovery-oriented care
- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing desirable
