About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Administrator to join our team at Healthcare Professionals Group. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our cardiologists, including managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and processing billings.
  • Ensure the reception area and consulting rooms are clean and well-maintained, and perform opening and closing duties daily.
  • Manage patient records, collate information packages, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in medical administration, particularly in a medical specialist practice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with Genie software or similar medical management systems.
  • A positive attitude towards learning, as training and development will be provided.
